Level 1.5: Pole Progressive Series

In this 8 week series you will begin to learn speed and control on spin. You will explore level 1 movement with both static and spin using various holds and combos to continue your journey towards becoming a versatile pole dancer graduating into Level 2 Progressive Series!

Level 1: Pole Progressive Series

In this 8 week series you will learn the basic pole dance technique, build strength and confidence. Build a common relationship between you and the pole with your classmates. Every class beings with a 20 minute warm up for strengthening and conditioning and ends with a 10 minute cool down.

Level 2: Pole Progressive Series

This level 2 series is perfect for those who are ready to build momentum and create bold movements in their pole spins and for those interested in mastering their level 2 moves and pole flow. Miss Selenia has the knowledge and ability to challenge your progress keeping it fun and obtainable. You will learn various styles of climbing, pole sits, turns and transitions using your left and right sides as well as build your strength for one handed spin and combo variations.

This will be a 2-Day Swim camp with fun water activities along with the gaining of knowledge of swim safety & water survival skills. We ask that parents will pack their child a lunch as they will have a break & time to do so. They will be also creating memorable swim items to issue they remember their experience here at miss selenias happy place !
